OH the last few days of sun! its getting cold now but before it got cold i enjoyed a festival in my local town. 

The difference between style and fashion is quality

 

these photos where taken on Friday and in this outfit I'm wearing a one of a kind dress i found at a small boutique in shoreditch London. I've kept the styling simple for this outfit and styled my outfit with leopard print boots and pyramid earrings. i want to express my natural beauty by keeping my make up and my hair in a natural Afro hair style.  i wanted this to look girly so i added a floral headband.

beauty con 2013!

 i was invited to the beautycon 2013 event were beauty gurus got together planned collaborations and learnt tips from the successful gurus like andreaschoice, kandee johnson, pixiwoo & the fash tag. i thought the event was very good! and i was Happy to be there. i'd also like to say a big thanks to my followers and subscribers because if it wasn't for you guys i wouldn't have the opportunity to go to an event like this. and thanks to my followers i was invited so thank you! and in a up coming video i'll be doing a giveaway of some of the goodies i got from beauty con. getting there was hectic i was 1 hour late because i was lost trying to find the place i used my goggle maps and the navigator on my phone ended up lost in central London walking in heels (ouch!) when i eventually got there i was happy.
 beauty crush was there i loved meeting her (blushes) i was such a fan girl LOL.

 kandee johnson & and andreaschoice even bigger fan girl here! i loved meeting them and learning how they were successful on youtube and there tips.

we got a lovely meal even though mine came late and i was hungry they served me last.

kandee was very nice and friendly and she hugged me.

and at the after party i met peaks from the moamnetwork! her hairs amazing!!!!

long hair classic side braid updo

today i created a updo for long hair, well really could you do this on short hait too, i also do this hairstyle on my own head. i think it looks better on longer lengths of hair becuse the bun looks more voluminous thats why i got my friend to model this hairstyle for me. this hair is quick easy to do and can me achived with 1 comb , 1 hair tie and a hair clip.  this is a protective style its good for the winter months and can be done on short to long hair. it keeps the ends of the hair protected from the wind, rain & cold so the ends of the haid do not get dry or damages by the weather. the ends of the hair is tucked in and protected.

 if you wanted to do this style on short hair you would follow the same steps in the video but when you fold the hair into its self you could not bun it and just flip the ends though. and if you have really long hair like waist length or longer you follow the steps in the video but the when you fold the hair thougth just bun the hair two times.
