How do you start the creative process?
I work in two main methods:
A. Seasonal collections
B. Costum orders
A. When I'm working on my A. Seasonal collections. I usually starts with choosing the fabrics, and then working on the silhouettes.
B. As for working on Costum orders - That's up to the clients wishes. Sometimes we start with the choosing fabrics to existing styles. And sometimes, I starts with the silhouettes, and following with the fabrics.
Do you have any favorite museums you like to visit that inspire you?
As for inspiration, I prefer to go to flee markets, Secondhand stores, Old book stores & Small art galleries. I find them very inspiring. There's always the magic of old chic, you never know what you're going to find.
What has been one of your favorite experiences so far as an artist/designer?
-I have many good experiences, because I work very closely with my clients.
A specific good experience I had lately, was making a mini collection of 7 pregnancy dresses. to a very sweet client of mine. The fact she choose me, to be a part of such an important journey of her life, meant a lot to me.
If you had one piece of advice for an artist or designer looking to start selling their work what advice would you give?
Piece of advice to a young designer - Know your clients as good as possible. Be patient( to build good business takes time). Do everything you do with Passion.
